Jericho should go face
Rhyno should go heel (properly)
Stevie Richards should bring back the bWo and go face.

Problem is with Spike is that he's so scrawny he can never turn heel as he'll never be taken seriously. Therefore, not a lot can be done with him.
The Dudleys should turn heel (somehow, they're not as good when they're face) & Jericho MUST turn face (as a heel, he's doing nothing right now. Plus, his best feuds and matches took place when he was face, in particular against Benoit & HHH).

i don't know much about wcw....i've seen quite a few of the bad angles they did though.

Regal was face w/Tajiri when he was Commissioner as well.
Storm was wearing a grey jacket w/a turtleneck sweater when he was wCw Commish, he looked like a reject from the 70s
