If they really want to flesh out the Kane story, the creative team might want to think about resurrecting Dr. Issac Yankem.
Hear me out.
It's the first match of Raw. Goldust is in the ring awaiting his opponent, but when Dreamer's music cues, he dosen't come out. Everyone wonders what's going on until a camera goes back to Dreamer's locker room. Kane, in ripped, tattered dental scrubs, is in Dreamer's locker room, strangling him. Blood is everywhere. Backstage guys try to get in there to help Dreamer, but to no avail. Kane drags Dreamer down to the boiler room or someplace dark like that. A single light shines on a rickety chair. Kane sets Dreamer in the chair and chains him up. Kane shoves the cameraman down and slams the door shut. A few seconds later, you can hear a drill running, and a gagged Dreamer screaming out in pain. Around the end of Raw, the crew manages to break into the room, only to find Kane gone. The camera stays away from Dreamer and onto the faces of the crew, disgusted. One actually vomits. Raw off air.
The backstage segments would rule.
